Yourteen.org The Center for Adolescent and Young Adult Health, located at 100 Medway Road, Suite 204, in Milford, MA, is the only facility in central Massachusetts offering young men and women ages 11 to 29 a multidisciplinary team approach to the treatment of adolescent health concerns that often challenge teens in today’s fast-paced world.  This site lists lots of support groups on a wide range of teen issues.

Index provides free referrals to programs, agencies, consultants, doctors and dentists serving people with disabilities.
